Where do they hear these things?

Yesterday when we were leaving for daycare Elizabeth opened the door and said "Mom it's Dan Cold out there" I know what she was trying to say and I swear I don't say that in front of her. I did explain she shouldn't swear and suggested some other words to use instead. Wonder what she will do when its below freezing?

We had dinner last night with my Dad, Kevin and Doreen to celebrate Kevin's birthday. My big brother is one year older than me. We went to Axels Bonfire Grill on Grand. It was great. Add to that the joy of getting street parking half a block down from the restaurant! That was handy with my dad in his walker and my girls a little tired from a fun day at daycare.

The last two nights we have had storms here and Elizabeth gets woken up with the very loud thunder and then spends the rest of the night in my bed. Ella didn't make a peep so she must have been in her very deep sleep because the house shook on a couple of them last night.
