You're the one that born us.

On Friday Itty was the first to hear Ella when she woke from her nap. She said "Mom you better go up there. You are the one that born us."

I thought that was a keeper and wanted to write it down before I forget.

Yesterday we went to see Enchanted with my friend Reenie and her nephews Michael and Ryan and my friend Sandi. It was a great movie. The only bummer was Ella got a little antsy. Elizabeth wouldn't go with anyone else to the bathroom either. So, the two times we went, it was a family affair because Ella was not going to stay back either. Itty didn't like the toilet - it had the auto flush. I cover the sensor for them until they are all done and have their ears covered. Am I setting them up for issues by doing that? :-)

We first met up with Reenie and the boys at McDonalds. Michael and Elizabeth really like each other and Ryan was telling them they could go on dates when they are older. Michael is 5 and Ryan is 8. They are the cutest boys.

After the movie we got to the car and buckled Ella in first. That earned me a "You are mean mom" comment from Elizabeth. I kindly reminded her that I was the one that just took her to a movie and bought her Gummi Stars and that she hurt my feelings. She said sorry. :-)

On the way home, I asked them if they liked the movie and they both said yes. So, we may do it again. The new Chipmunks movies looked very good. Not sure I will bring Ella though. She really was trying to crawl all over the seats in front of us. Thankfully she wasn't loud though.

After dinner I called Reenie and she brought the boys over and their little sister Samantha. She is a little over 1. It was a fun night for everyone. I wish I had gotten pictures but the big kids were moving too fast. And it seems every picture I take of Ella lately is blurred. She just moves too fast for me.

Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend. Back to work and school tomorrow.
