The Night Before Easter

Its been a busy day here.

Got Elizabeth at 8:30 this morning from her sleepover - she had a blast!

Both girls helped me shovel again. That was fun.

Came in and started cleaning. Man this house was messy. I am still washing clothes but the important ones are done. The dresses are ready for tomorrow and the girls' tights are in the dryer right now.

Discovered the basement toilet is leaking big time. Turned off the water to that toilet and will get it looked at next week.

No Naps For Anyone. Which was a huge surprise because both girls were pretty tired.

Eggs are all decorated. They had fun and it wasn't too messy.




Dinner was done by 7 and baths done by 8 and the girls were in my bed watching a movie by 8:30 - after I dried their hair. Ella was soon snoring and Elizabeth couldn't hear the movie - no lie. I successfully transferred Ella to her bed without a break in any snoring.

I watched some of the movie with Elizabeth but had to switch loads in the laundry. I grabbed some stuff to bring upstairs and saw Elizabeth was sleeping. So the Easter Bunny's Helper got the stuff out of the closet and put the baskets together and hid them. Now I am eating the extra chocolate because I don't want to get caught.

I will soon be going to sleep and am looking forward to a wonderful day tomorrow. May everyone have a Blessed Easter!
