Elizabeth at the pool:
Ella at the pool:
Ella can't stand being wet even a tiny bit. So, when she was done swimming she had to be changed RIGHT NOW. But, silly mom only brought the swimming suit coverup and Ella took off her suit to put that on. I tried talking her into keeping her suit on and just putting the cover up dress over it but no luck. The only problem was no undies and Ella sure had a comment for that. She said something like, But Mom, they can see my booty or But Mom, I don't want them to see my booty. The dress was long enough to cover but she was not buying it totally. Luckily I didn't laught out loud but it was tough. One of the other moms heard her too and we both looked at each other and kept our mouths shut.
It was a beautiful day but very windy so we only stayed at the pool for an hour or two. We headed back to our chalets to get cleaned up to eat at the buffet. We took the casino shuttle bus to the casino and that was a big hit with the girls. As we were walking through the casino Ella looked at me and said "I tired Momma" I picked her up and she was sleeping by the time we were seated at our table. I put her down on the bench and Elizabeth and I got our food. Ella stayed asleep the whole time. Elizabeth took the following pictures:

Elizabeth decided that it would be cool to add a piece of rice to Ella's mouth and take a picture of that too:

Ella wasn't the only tired one but Genevieve finished her meal before she fell asleep:

Shortly after that Ella did wake and took advantage of the buffet. I was glad she was able to eat. We then got back on the bus and went to one of our friend's Chalets and made chips and dip. Elizabeth really wanted to help so here she is cleaning out the avacados and Genevive is wide awake too:
A storm came through really fast but didn't last long. It did leave us with a double rainbow. I had left our camera next door at our chalet so Elizabeth ran over and got it and took this picture out the window:

It was an amazing rainbow and it was a full one. I have never seen a full one before. We made jokes that it ended at the Casino and wondered if there was a pot of gold.

We had many attempts of trying to get a picture of the group of girls with the rainbow but no one would look at the camera at the same time :-)

The next morning my two were hungry so they finished off the Mac and Cheese from lunch the day before:

Then the crew came over for the real breakfast. We had the brunch at our place but it was a combined effort in cooking. My girls wanted to help too so they got busy cracking the eggs:
After breakfast we moved our stuff to Julie's Chalet. We had asked for a late check out because the show didn't start until 4. Normal check out is 11 but they gave us until 11:30. Oh la la. Thankfully Julie booked her chalet for one more night so we would have a place to hang out and maybe nap. After moving things around, we took the girls to the indoor pool. Here is another try at a group shot:
After swiming we did try to nap but mine were too excited. So, I drove them around in the car and pretty soon they were both out. Elizabeth feel asleep right away but Ella did give up the fight as well. After they fell asleep, I parked and read my book for about 30 minutes. Then we drove to the main casino for the show. It was an amazing show and we had a great time. Elizabeth even ran into a friend from school so that was nice. We got home about 7 I think that Sunday. Elizabeth wanted to act out one of the performances and asked if we had plates and sticks. I said no... and so far she hasn't tried plate spinning. Ella keeps calling the guys that did the Kung Fu, bad guys... no matter how much we tell her its exercise.
Tuesday after work the girls were having fun. Elizabeth put together this outfit and Ella put on makeup and used real water in her play kitchen. I didn't realize Ella had taken water from the sink to put in her toy sink until after I took the picture. Elizabeth found the pretty pink jacket in the hall closet. It was a hand me down from a friend at work and was meant for Easter. But it was cold on Easter and now she has out grown it. I wonder if it will fit Ella? But, I sure love their smiles.
