Day 2 of our Vacation - Ella's Birthday 3/31/09

We all woke up on time and got out the door with plenty of time to spare. We were in line at Magic Kingdom by 9 am. Because it was Ella's birthday she got in free and got to wear a cool Birthday Button all day. Elizabeth and I got Celebration buttons too.

All day Ella kept asking "I still Four Mom?" :-)

Ella on the boat over - I think she was just a touch excited

The pretty Snow White outfit was a present from Reenie. She also got Elizabeth a Cinderella dress but that morning Elizabeth decided she didn't want to wear it or bring it to Magic Kingdom. She seemed happy with her decision all day too.
Mary Poppins wished Ella a Happy Birthday and talked to Elizabeth about being a great Big Sister.

Ella was so excited when she saw the Castle. Later on in the day we all walked through it. While taking this picture a couple of high school girls asked if they could take Ella's picture too. They were doing school projects on Disney Divas and Disney Princesses.

Ella loved Tiger and Pooh. Thanks for waiting in line with her Todd. Elizabeth and I had to run to the bathroom and buy an autograph book.
Here the girls are in Toon Town. We went through Minnie Mouse's house as well as Mickey's house. Todd, Elise, Chad and Cameron were with us up to this point but then needed to find a spot to have Cameron take a nap. They ended up on the train that went around the park. That worked out great for Cameron. He had a great nap. We lost track of each other a bit though. Todd saw us when we were going from Mickey's house to Donald Duck's boat but we didn't hear him when he called out. After Donald's Boat the girls had their faces painted. Elizabeth picked Cinderella and Ella picked Sleeping Beauty. Then we waited in line for a roller coaster ride. I saw Todd walk by with Cameron in the stroller and I called him on the cell phone but he didn't hear it. We did end up meeting up at Pirates of the Caribbean after we got done with the ride and a hot dog. It was getting pretty hot so Ella took off her Snow White dress.

Double Strollers Rock

All of us took a nice ride on the Monorail in Tomorrow Land. I loved it. It was just my speed.

I loved seeing Todd and his family all together on this shot. I wish the darn pole wasn't in the way on this picture. They were looking for dining options in the park. We ended up going to a buffet near our condo. We wanted something other than fried food.

It was a wonderful way to celebrate Ella's birthday. People were wishing her Happy Birthday all over the place. I even told her that all the people there were there just for her birthday. Please don't tell her different. My cold came back that day and I was cranky at points. Hope everyone understood. It was tough being out there walking around and carrying a big bag with the extra stuff. I had tried to take less stuff but still needed some things. The other bummer was my sunglasses broke, but my white hat helped alot. I loved having a double stroller but should have brought my bag hooks that I used to use on our strollers to hold bags.

While Ella was napping, Elizabeth and I went on a ride and she went with Cameron and Elise on some too. Todd also took her back to the Swiss Family Tree House as well. Cameron did great too. He napped some, enjoyed people watching and hanging out with all of us.

I took a long hot bath when we got back and we all slept through the night.

It looks like you all had a great time at Disney. Sorry to hear that you had a cold but at least you were someplace warm at the time.
