Thoughts

- This morning I started tearing up thinking about Ella starting her 4 Year K Classes soon. If I am getting emotional now, what will I be like on the actual day?

- Elizabeth's school supplies are all labeled and ready to go. We have a Back to School night next week so we'll bring them then. We all can't wait to see the inside of the new building.

- We had been trying to find alternate transportation to school for Elizabeth but I found out this week its not going to work. So I started looking for a used van in case my car doesn't like the extra driving. I was hoping to wait until next year when my day care costs would drop by a good amount when Ella was in school all day, but we might have to bite the bullet and figure something out.

- On that note, I got great news yesterday. I forgot that Ella's day care cost will go down when she starts school. It will be $80 less per month. Not enough for a car payment but it will help defray the costs of driving more each month with some spare I would think. Maybe we will even get raises this year. A Mom can dream.

- Running to Dad's place at lunch today to finally drop off the last of his stuff. He has been very patient since he has been waiting since July 1st. But one last box of reference material for him with scissors, stapler, hole punch. Now that he has his card table there, he has a writing surface and is organizing his address books and notes. So, he will like having the rest of the supplies. Thanks for being patient Dad.

- My PC at work died Tuesday. The hard drive is toast. Good news is I will get a replacement Laptop instead of Desktop. The Bad News is the stuff on my C drive might not be available due to the hard drive. That is alot of pictures and spreadsheets but the pictures are all duplicates so I am not losing any of those. I will download the ones from my blog again to have cute wallpaper pictures. I hope the laptop is ready today. I had a loaner yesterday but it didn't have email loaded.

- I backed up my personal laptop today so I won't lose anything on this one in case the harddrive dies on this one. Please do backups! :-)
