It was a day of extremes for me.

More work than I wanted.

Longer drive than I needed.

Great song from Ella by KaiLan about taking deep breaths. :-)

Hearing Elizabeth say she got all her homework done at school :-)

Getting some chores done at home while the girls watched a little tv :-)

Listened to Elizabeth practice piano. She was supposed to do 5 minutes and did at least 15 :-)

Had Elizabeth correct a couple mistakes in her math homework.

She did it willingly :-)

Played two games of Candy Land with Elizabeth, we split the wins. Then we played one monster game of Memory, Dora version. Elizabeth kicked my behind and was gracious about it. :-)

Ella wanted to watch tv instead of play games.

Elizabeth read to us and then I read to my girls :-)

Yelled at the N*R*A person. :-( But really, why do they call at 9 pm and ask for my Dad? I told her that 9pm was UNACCEPTABLE and I was reading to my Kids and Take My Number Off Your List because Richard Does Not Live Here. And I asked what NRA was. :-)

Opps... maybe I was a little too crabby. But, I will make sure my number is still on the Do Not Call list. :-)
