Oh my is she in a stage.
Lots and Lots of questions
1. Mom, what is a wife?
2. How many Christmas Ornaments are in my box?
3. How do monsters count to 15? (Her punch line is with their fingers)
4. When will I be 6 (or 5)
5. What is your boss's name?
6. What are we doing tonight?
7. Does Jesus have a bed?
8. Does Jesus like my joke?
9. How do you get on the Naught List?
10. Who is on the nice list?
11. Recently Ella was at Reenies while I was picking up Elizabeth for Gymnastics. Reenie made a wonderful supper for her family and Ella. As we were leaving, Ella told Reenie - "Thank you for letting me join you for dinner"
12. Ella has been fixated on the Naughty and Nice list and it leads to questions about bad guys... where do they live, what do they do... etc. So we have talked about bad guys going to jail and how they get out after they have been there awhile. She asked "Do they get out of jail when they have adjusted their attitude Mom?"
Those are the ones from this week I think. I am sure there are more - car rides on the way to get Elizabeth are usually when Ella is the most chatty.

I LOVE car rides. I learn so much about the way my kids' minds work while we're riding along!
Cheeky's in that questioning phase, too. As a matter of fact, she's in a 'never stop talking' phase!
Sometimes, I just have to laugh at all the words that pour out of her mouth.
Sounds familiar. We joke about missing her 'off' switch. Maybe this weekend Ella and Malia can talk and talk to get some of it out of their system.
