Have a best day Mom

That is what Ella told me through the window at day care when I was walking to my car. You too Ella.

I am very happy with my girls and my day has got to be the best because of how well they did today.

Elizabeth woke up to the alarm and got changed, brushed her teeth, combed her hair and came downstairs. She then finished her homework and went up with me to get Ella up. By then the snooze was going off so Ella was woken by the alarm clock too. She got up, got dressed, brushed her teeth and downstairs we went. I am working from home today so I wanted to get caught up on laundry. Elizabeth helped me bring it downstairs.

We got to school on time and on the way to day care Ella was telling me her jokes - all three of them. Then she told me she wants to be a Knight / Princess when she grows up. They have magic you know. And can help people and friends. I thought that was a great choice. Then for about 10 blocks Ella sang.... Its Magic, I know.... woh woh woh, Never Believe its not so Oh Oh Oh. Until we were walking into day care and she said she was tired of singing that song. :-)

While putting her coat and stuff away she told me she would be ok living in a castle. Me too Ella.

Have the best day ever and I love you both for being such big girls today. I hope it happens tomorrow too. :-)

Now I have a song stuck in my head. LOL

P.S.

I did ask Ella how she knew that song.... she told me she heard it in her heart. :-)

So, I looked it up. I have a feeling she is thinking of this version when I am thinking of this one.
