Saturday was my nephew Josh's wedding. It seems just like yesterday when I was playing catch with my nephews and here they are all grown up. I have not had a chance to load the pictures yet so check back again soon.
The ceremony was going to be outside but its been raining alot here and the beautiful couple went with the flow. It was very nice and great to be dry instead of being misted on while at the 17th green.
My big brother was very proud of his youngest boy. As were we all. Josh's wife Laura is a sweet girl that loves Josh very much. It was a really fun wedding and my girls cut a rug big time.
When the bride and groom sat down the glass clinking started. The happy couple did the required kiss and then said that one was free. The rest would need to be paid with a song. At that point Elizabeth was running and playing with cousins and Ella was by my side. (I know the time will come soon when she will not be stuck so close so I revel in it now. Ella tells me every day, I Love You Every Day Mom and I am Never Leaving You Alone. Elizabeth used to be like that too. So they are doing their own growing and changing). Anyway, I asked Ella if she knew a song about Love. She started practicing right away. I dared to ask her a question and she said MOM.... I'm PRACTICING. The whole family loved that.
After dinner the music started and my girls were Dancing Crazy again. Ella got tired first but about 45 minutes later Elizabeth said it was time to go. So I changed them into PJs, we said our goodbyes and we headed home about 10:30 pm. A great Night!
My younger brother Jim came over Sunday for a great visit before heading back to Florida so it was a great weekend all around.
Congrats Laura and Josh!
