That is what I feel today.
I am so proud of Elizabeth. She tested at DeLaSalle and filled out the application for Cretin Derham.
We heard first from CDH - Welcome to our school.
The next week on Monday we heard from DeLaSalle - Welcome Elizabeth
We are waiting to hear from our first choice which is Highland High. We won't hear from them until mid to end of March. So I am leaving it in God's hands because Elizabeth has done everything she can and we will wait patiently.
We decided to sign up for CDH just in case Highland doesn't come through. We live just outside the neighborhood for Highland so we just need to wait to hear.
Anyway, this afternoon Elizabeth registered for CDH. It was suggested she take Advanced Algebra as well as Advanced Science. Super proud of her. She also signed up for Mandarin for World Language. We talked about testing out of the first level but we are going to wait to see how much Elizabeth still recalls from her 6 years at Yinghua.
So now its the waiting game. We will wait to hear how much financial aid we qualify for and wait to hear from SPPS.
Elizabeth is also planning on taking Mandarin at Highland.

Elizabeth will be a success in any high school. She has a strong intellect and, more importantly, a good heart. I look forward to watching her journey. She's a great young woman. Congratulations!
