The only family missing in the picture above is Holly and Kiah. They were at the doctor's office at the White Swan. Alot of the babies were congested (Elizabeth too) and we took turns having the babies checked before we got on the plane home. This was during the SARS scare too
Our original travel group had 13 families and 5 families were able to get together this last weekend and celebrate 5 years together. We all left on Friday and joined up at the Holiday Inn in Maple Grove where they have an awesome water park. Elizabeth, Ella and I got there about 5:30 and unpacked and changed into our suits and found Holly and Kiah as well as Mary Elizabeth and Mikala. On the way down to the water park we ran into Eric so we knew Kate, Ping and Lily were soon to join us as well. Patty, Kent and Skylar got there a couple hours later and we all had a great time. Kate has an awesome camera and took many pictures of us all. My camera had issues. If it was just one or two pictures with a problem I would blame the operator, but they were all fuzzy.
Both of my girls had a blast in the little pool as well as the big one. A few of the adults even did the water slide. I was not one of them but I was impressed with Mary, Kent and Patti. Way to go!
We played, swam, talked, reconnected and realized again how lucky we all were 5 years ago and yet again today for all the connections. I am blessed by my daughter Elizabeth every day and seeing all the beautiful faces this weekend I was blessed many times. Thanks for being my travel mates and partners in this adoption.

At Brunch Sunday Morning asking for One More Playdate

We got home about 12:30 Sunday and rested some. The girls had another party to go to but we were still home when Grandma Jo called - Glad that worked out. Joanne and Jerry were in town seeing my great aunt Sister Isadore as well as my Dad and wanted to stop by. They brought a present for Ella... A Beautiful Mulan Blanket made by Grandma! Keeps her toasty warm!

They also brought baby blankets for the girls' dolls. Thanks again Jerry and Joanne.
