Elizabeth got it this year. I lost track of the April Fools comments but here are a couple that she said:
Mom, I broke my head..... April Fools Day
Mom, I can't see ..... April Fools Day
I followed up with:
Elizabeth, I bought a new car ----- April Fools.
I'll have to start thinking of April Fool's jokes to play on her next year!

One of my favorite AFJ is to sew shut the end of arms in PJ or long sleeved shirt. When someone puts their arms thru, they get puzzled to why... Great to do on kids..
