Ella is so funny.
For the last few weeks she tells me and Elizabeth we are "THE MEANEST" when we do something she doesn't like. At first I tried talking to her about how that isn't nice blah blah blah. Now I say "Thank you" And Ella laughs.
It must be fun to be around Ella and I in public. We say it back and forth and I wonder what others think. But, last night at the grocery store (Elizabeth was at Faith Formation) Ella added a new emotion/twist. She had been playing with my purse but wouldn't give me back the item she took out. After a couple of chances, I just took it back and told her she had to stay out of my purse. That meant I was The Meanest and I said Thank You, she smiled. Then Ella tried to take my purse again and I said no. Ella put her head down on the bar and was sad because I am the meanest. I tried joking with her but she wanted none of that. Just wanted to be sad. I told her I was sorry she was sad and then we finished shopping and she was back to herself when we got to the car and off we went to pick up Elizabeth
When we got home it was almost 8pm. Man that is a long day for all of us. The girls had a quick supper and then bed for us all. While I was unloading the groceries I asked When is it supposed to get easier? Its been extremely busy at work and nothing is getting done at home like I want. I really wish I had the extra money to hire someone to organize my stuff as well as all the home handyman stuff. Being a parent is really hard some days.

It is hard sometimes...I don't know how you do it with two! Sounds like you're handling everything great, though!
