Car Conversation

Today driving to school I called Elizabeth by her nickname "Itty Bit".

"Don't call me that at school Mom"

"Why"

"It freaks me out"

"So I can just call you Elizabeth or Huang Shi Ping?"

"Yes"

"How about Honey Love?"

"No"

"Why"

"That freaks me out"

So guess what I whispered in her ear when I helped her bring in stuff from the car?

"honey love" :-)

At least she still lets me kiss and hug her in front of her friends. I wonder if that will ever freak her out as well? :-)
