Tired Girls

But I am proud of them.

Last night we visited a good friend of Elizabeth's. She is in the hospital and will be for a few weeks. Jun Fen has congenital scoliosis and is starting a phase of operations to help. She is in traction with a halo and she is Elizabeth's Bestest Friend of all Best Friends MOM (That is how Itty described their friendship last night)

We had a great time with Jun Fen and her family. At first Elizabeth was nervous but she got over that pretty quick. She asked Jun Fen if the halo hurt and if she took it off at night. She wanted to see that but I explained only the weights come off at night not the halo.

Ella brought a book with and the first thing she asked Jun Fen was if she could read it to her. I am so proud of how they both were around our friend and the other kids in the play rooms. Thanks to Jun Fen's mom and dad for letting us come.

On the drive there, I was laughing. We had Disney radio on and Elizabeth was singing along. Nothing new there. This time Ella was watching and tried singing too. I had to cover my mouth because it was not pretty. Elizabeth asked her to be quiet because it sounded like she was yelling. LOL Remind me in a few years (months?) when I am tired of their songs and can't wait for peach and quiet that I thought this was funny.

Happy Easter everyone.

I know of JunFen from the BB. I'm so glad she has such a wonderful friend in your daughter.
