Thank you Pat, Shawn and the whole team at ECSE. Ella's speech has rocketed into hyper space. We will all miss you so much. You did so much for my girl's speech but even more for her love of learning. Ella is very ready to go to 5 days a week and I am sad she did not get into the 4 Year Old program at the school she goes to for ECSE. Hopefully she loves her new school as much but that will be hard. She talks about Pat and Shawn all the time. Maybe we can visit them in the summer if they are at school. I'll have to set that up. The bus drivers, bus aides and class room aides have all helped Ella to blossom. I thank you from the bottom of my heart and hope you know how much your dedication and work means to everyone you work with.
Ella went to school with a little gift for the teachers today. I think she is ready for summer vacation but LOVED school. This morning Ella did not want to get out of bed. It went from my gentle words and nudges to me having to take the covers off the bed while avoiding her flying weapons of destruction (aka her legs) I really was trying not to laugh but she caught me which fueled the flame. Only after she realized the covers were not coming back did she calm down. Poor girl. I appreciate a good sleep and I am very glad she loves her bed. :-)
