This morning when I woke Elizabeth up, I also told her it was my birthday. She remembered and wished me a Happy Birthday right away.
I told Elizabeth I don't feel 50, I feel like maybe 44. She said how about 41? I told her I loved that because I would be a young Mom. I went on to tell her that it didn't matter what age I was as long as I was Her Mom. So, then my loving sweet older daughter told me I still looked 49. ROFLMAO. Thanks for the honesty Sweet heart!.
Then I went to wake Ella up. Oh Lord she was crabby. Many rounds of tears this morning for her. She is still having a hard time falling asleep at night so mornings are a tad dramatic for her.
They did sing me Happy Birthday on the way to school too!
I also am making a vow to me. I am going to be Fit and skinny before my next birthday rolls around.

Gee 41 is a young mom - why don't I feel that way sometimes. How about I join you in that fit and skinny thing.
Most importantly. Happy Birthday dear friend!
Happy birthday, Joan! 50 looks fabulous on you! Have a great day and good luck on your fit and skinny venture!
no way....I had no idea you were turning 50! You look in your early 40's ... even a smidge younger! You must have good 'anti-wrinkle genes'!
Happy Happy Birthday!
Happy Birthday!!! Welcome to the fifty year old club! See you soon!

Happy Birthday Joan. You are a wonderful mother to your two girls--and that comes from experience my dear! Congratulations. I think this will be your best decade yet.
