I Hate Summer Colds

Poor Pitiful Me. I have a horrible cold. Life keeps on though.

I guess its a good thing day care needs to close tomorrow. Now I can lay low and try to get better. Beth is going to see her Mom who is not doing well. So prayers for her please.

Because life goes on, I am keeping the appointment with the cable company. I had set it up a couple of weeks ago for tomorrow as it was to be my Work From Home day. Hope I don't get the cable guy sick. But I decided to treat myself to cable in my bedroom with a DVR. I'll be able to record my favorite shows and watch them after the girls are in bed. And stay upstairs which makes the girls happy.

So far they have not caught my cold so I hope that continues.

Tomorrow night is Back To School nights for both girls. Luckily Ella's starts at 5:30 and Elizabeth's is at 6:30. Ella's school is close to home too so we'll visit with her new teacher and talk about speech therapy and then drive to Elizabeth's school. I am very excited for both girls and will take TONS of PICTURES.

I also want to say thanks to Grandma Jo for treating us to dinner last night. And thanks to Todd for staining the swingset. That poor swingset is so dry I could almost hear sighs of relief from it last night. We are all going to finish it up tonight.

P.S. I also want to thank our friend Holly. She is going to watch the girls tomorrow so I only had to take one day of vacation. She needed to use some up and was very nice to take it on our behalf. I'll be bringing the girls over there bright and early tomorrow. I am blessed with many good friends.
