A friend brought Elizabeth to Gymnastics after school so I only had Ella to pick up. We were on our way from McDonalds to CHSFS for a session called My Time Too for kids 5-7 years old. It was Ella's first time. But, that wasn't the discussion between us.
Mom, I am going to call my daughters Luciana and Rosella.
What if you have a boy someday?

What will you name your baby if its a boy?

So I listed a bunch. But Ella must not have liked them and she said she was only going to have two girls.
You have to go with me Mom.
What do you mean Ella?
I would miss you so you have to go with.
Go where?
To China.
Oh... Ok, yes ...I'll come to China with you. But you know about Moms that are pregnant and their babies stay with them?
We need to get another bed for my room Mom. Are they alot of money? Because Luciana and Rosella will stay there. Can I live with you and sleep in your room?
Sure Ella
Good. You can take care of Rosella and I'll take care of Luciana .
Ok Ella.
I am going to live with you forever Mom.
That sounds fine with me Ella.
p.s. those names are from the movie Barbie as the Island Princess and Ella has used them as her baby names since she first watched that movie.

It doesn't take a PhD in psychology to determine Ella is trying to model her life after yours. She's made a good choice. Congratulations Joan on being a fabulous mother!
