Its going to be a White Day

We are sitting in my bed watching TV to see if Gymnastics is cancelled today.  I think Ella's dance class has been cancelled but not sure.  We got 4 inches of snow overnight and are expecting another 10 - 12 inches by midnight tonight.  I have a feeling we are going to spend the day playing games, watching movies, eating popcorn, drinking hot cocoa and just hanging at home.  I am so glad this is happening on a Saturday instead of during the week.  I can relax - what a great feeling.


Update:
The neighbor's son used his snow blower and cleaned out everyone's front walk.  Then he started on the driveway shared by our two houses.  I was so thankful for his help.  Poor guy, his snowblower didn't make it but he was able to get mine started YEAH!!!  Mine is awesome but the electric start doesn't work and I can't get it started by pull.  He was able to and it made light work of round one.  I think he is coming back later and he is pretty confident the snowblower will start again. 

The girls and I had hot cocoa, watched a movie and just had a late lunch.  I feel a nap coming on for me so I hope that happens but its really nice to just stay in and relax!

My guess is we have between 8 - 10 inches so far and its still snowing.

Update - We didn't have cookie or cupcake fixings but we found this old halloween pizza kit.  We had a blast making it but did throw it away after the picture was taken.  :-)
