Thank you Mark

Mark is my boss.

He has been so supportive of my family and I just want to say Thanks.

He allowed me to change my hours so I can pick up the girls from school so they can go home instead of stay in school.   Ella had been having problems with some kids in aftercare and it wasn't getting better so I asked and Mark said Yes. 

All three of us are loving the new change.  I get to finish my work day at home, the girls get dedicated homework time with me and extra time to read.  They seem happier and so am I.  The only downside is I have to eat lunch at my desk instead of going out with my friends at work.  (But, once in awhile I bet I can sneak in a lunch. )

This change started this year so its still new.  I am hoping it continues to be a success.

Yesterday Mark put his notice in and is changing companies.  I will miss working with him.  He has been very supportive of me in all areas.  He is a fair boss and an easy going guy.  He will be hard to replace.  But, he is making it his priority to let the new interim manager know of my new schedule.  So, I am confident it will continue.
