They still believe

Last night after shoveling all the snow we got (I think the last count was 12 inches) I came in and just about passed out on the couch.  The girls decided to do a craft in front of the tv.  I was so tired I didn't pay that much attention until it was time for bed.  At that time I went around and shut some lights off and found this when I went in the kitchen:

Our Elf was named Freddy last year but this year we think he sent his sister back because she has a skirt on.  We have named her Fredricka.  Sunday's perch was on top of the microwave which made warming up my coffee a little tricky because I can't touch her either.   ;-)  But, I thought this was cute.  Ella had also put a toy up there for Fredricka to play with.

This morning Fredricka was in a new spot in the kitchen and the note was gone.  I was in the basement working and heard Elizabeth whisper softly "thank you Fredricka"  and then she yelled... MOM Fredricka brought my note to Santa.  Warmed my heart for sure.  I hope Santa enjoys his bracelet made by Elizabeth and gets a chance to write a note back.
