Ella is a reading fiend.
We went to the library last Sunday and she picked up 5 new books to read.
She had them finished yesterday and today is rereading one of them.
We had a discussion about maybe it was time for them to walk to the local library to get new books instead of me driving them to the big library on the weekend. The only bummer with that per Ella is the local library doesn't have as many books in the series she is working on as the big one.
When I was a kid we went to the library all the time in the summer. They even had a book reading thing and if you read enough books you could get free tickets to the winter ice show. I'll have to look into that for the girls.
