Thinking of Mia and Michelle

As I think of the fun I had with my girls this last weekend, I can't help but think of Michelle. She is a mom that has legally adopted her daughter Mia but due to a snafu with the CIS, they are still in China. The adoption took place in November and Michelle and Mia have been apart from the rest of their family for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I met Michelle through my cousin Lynn and have enjoyed getting to know her. They decided to adopt a daughter from China and accepted the referral of a special needs girl in October. I was looking forward to bringing my girls to the airport when they came home so they could experience another aspect of adoption. I still plan on doing that but sure didn't expect it to take this long. Please stop by their website and offer your support. Recently the Star Tribune ran a story on this family. There is a link to the story from their web site.

Lets all pray they are home soon!
