We are so glad that our friends from our Single Moms Group are able to join us to go Trick or Treating. Thank you also for sending me pictures. I was not able to take any so I appreciate getting these.
Pizza and Popcorn - what a great way to get some food in before the sugar rush.
Aren't they cute? A couple were missing in this picture but pink and white was the theme for sure.
Elizabeth and Flynn. They have always liked each other alot and I LOVE this picture. Thanks Greta for sending it. Elizabeth is Cleopatra and Flynn is a super cute pink pig. :-)
Ella decided not to go Trick or Treating. She said she was afraid of the monsters and then told me she really dosen't like candy - just chocolate. Ella has been talking about being afraid of different things lately and I am making sure she feels extra safe. Not sure yet what it going on in her brain but we keep talking about stuff so I hope she knows I will do my best to protect my girls as best I can.
So, Elizabeth went with the other families and Ella and I handed out candy. We went through 3 bowls of candy. Yikes. That is alot of kids. It was so much fun! And when the group got back, Elizabeth helped hand out candy and Ella hosted the little girls inside.
Update 11/9/11
Here is a picture of Ella from the Character Parade at school. It shows her awesome costume.

Super cute! Looks like a lot of fun! We have a singles group too of adoptive moms, we're finding though as the girls get older, there is less time to get together - such a bummer! This is only the second year the girls went trick or treating (we normally go to our church's fall festival - which is fill with games, candy and fun). I think mine are hooked! They are already plotting where to go next year!
