Ella is really blossoming. When we were in Florida, my sister in law Pam said that Ella is really coming out of her shell. I thought it was time to acknowledge that as well. Ella seems more secure in her life here.
When I drop her off at daycare, no tears or fits. Most days she is telling me to leave, either by her words or actions. And she doesn't hesitate to tell me that she doesn't/didn't miss me that day.
When we are all together, Ella talks just as much as Elizabeth. Sometimes they are talking over each other so they are learning a new social skill called "Please wait until your sister is done talking" AKA "Please don't talk over each other"
And she has more and more Ellaisms.
Yesterday in the car she said "I Miss God", So I explained you can always talk to God so we said a prayer. Then Ella said "God is a pretty good guy Mom"
Yes Ella God is a pretty good guy. He knew exactly the girls to bring into my life to be my daughters. Thank you Good Guy!

God sure knows what he is doing putting together a marvelous family like yours. Last time I saw Ella we had a fabulous conversation about shoes and what she likes about her daycare. She's quite the girl.
There's nothing wrong with being a shy child (I have one myself). But it is so nice to see them come out of their shells and become a bit more confident and outgoing!
I love what kids come up with. It is always fun for me to read the latest installment in your lives. I hope to see you all soon!
