I have been looking at this picture while at work. I am glad to have a visual reminder of Elizabeth's life before me. I remember the happiness I felt on the day I got the call. I can't believe its been 8 years already. wow.
But, this picture shows me the love that was in this foster family for each other and for Elizabeth. Look at how they are all touching each other. Elizabeth's foster brother is touching his Grandmother as well as Elizabeth. And Elizabeth's Foster Mother is probably touching her son as well as her mom and Elizabeth's foot is touching her leg. I can't begin to imagine the feelings they were feeling around this day 8 years ago.
I am very thankful for this family and hope and pray that we get to meet one day.

Thank you for loving my girl. You need to know that Huang Shi Ping loves you to this day and thinks of you often. Thank you for the love and support you have shown my daughter and probably other daughters too.

What a sweet photo indeed! How wonderful that you make sure Elizabeth knows she was loved and cared for before she came into your life. In my opinion, a child just can't be loved by too many people. You are wise and compassionate for keeping the ties to Elizabeth's foster family strong. Happy referral anniversary!
