The girls had the day off of school today for conference prep. I worked from home in the morning. Earlier this week they asked if we could do something fun together this afternoon. They decided on Swimming. Why not swim in March ?
We went to Maplewood CC and had a blast. Just us three - I wouldn't let anyone ask a friend. I thought we needed some time to just have fun with just us.
The little kid pool was very warm and the lap pool was a little cooler. We spent over 2 hours just playing and swimming and hanging out. Great idea girls. But, now we are tired and still hungry even after eating supper. Soon I will be taking Ella up for a bath and then make chips and cheese for me and Elizabeth as I am hungry too.
Next time we are going to check out Shoreview CC. Can't wait.
