Teenager

How can it be?  Elizabeth turned 13 on May 3rd.  Seems just yesterday when she was a baby just home from China.  I remember back then thinking time was moving so slow.  There was so much I was learning and figuring out that it was snails pace.  I remember thinking why do people say it moves so fast.   :-)

Well we have hit high speed.

Thirteen Years Old.  No Flipping Way!

Every day with you is a blessing and I can't believe how lucky I am to be your mom and Ella's mom.  I am seeing signs of the woman you are becoming and it blows me away.  Some days you and Ella are normal sisters with competition and fights and then other days you are so sweet and kind exactly when Ella or I need it.  You are totally on top of the engineering and planning out how to make life better.  I love letting you build our stuff from Ikea because you have it down so fast.  You are so strong and so beautiful.  You have amazed me with your ability to handle change.  The only drawback to moving schools that I can't seem to make better is the lost connection with your old friends.  Their loss.  I am glad you and JunFen are still so close... you are a good pair.  From the beginning I have felt completely connected to you and I know our bond will keep growing and stay tight.  Love you.
